Finally, thirty days later, after everything is said and done, I have only been able to drink water. Water for breakfast, water for lunch, water for dinner, and water for everything else in-between. It was very frustrating at times to watch everyone else sipping down something, other than water, that looked absolutely delicious or craving to drink a pop or a coffee when no one was looking. Not very many people knew that I was taking on this challenge so it wouldn't have been hard to cheat every once and a while, but, despite all of the temptations, I stayed true to my word and ONLY drank water.
Thirty days after starting this first challenge, I feel refreshed, rejuvenated, healthier, and cleaner. I'm able to sleep better, and longer, as well as even losing a couple of pounds. I've noticed that I'm actually happier as a person and can't believe that this one tiny switch could change me as much as it did.
I am definitely looking forward to doing more challenges in the future, and though I would love to have just as great of results I know that those results can't be expected every time, no matter how the challenge appears to be going or will turn out.
